Import NK2 (automatické dokončování adres) do Outlooku 2010
Jak na to: Import NK2 (automatické dokončování adres) do Outlooku 2010

Důvod: Teoreticky má proběhnout import NK2 do Outlooku 2010 automaticky, nicméně to by vyžadovalo dost opatření předem (jako třeba si staré NK2 nahrát do nového PC )
Řešení:

Soubor NK2 umístěte do "\\%appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook". Název souboru NK2 se musí shodovat s názvem profilu do kterého se bude importovat (defualtní je Outlook). Pro ověření názvu profilu je možné použít postup:

Otevřít „Ovládací panely“

Otevřít položku „Pošta“

V okně „Nastavení pošty“ zvolit tlačítko „Zobrazit profily“

Start\Spustit (Prohledat programy a soubory), zadat příkaz „outlook /importnk2“ a klávesa „Enter“

Po tomto importu bude mít soubor nk2 příponu OLD (pro znovuimportování je možné znovu přejmenovat na NK2).
P.S.: Outlook 2010 nepoužívá NK2 soubory, ale automatické dokončování jako skryté zprávy. Zároveň ukládá toto do datového souboru na novém umístění (dobré pro zálohu).
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache
Soubor s daty automatického dokončování se jmenuje Stream_Autocomplete_XXXXXXXXX.dat (za X si představte hodně dlouhý číselný záznam). Pokud potřebuju importovat tento soubor do nového počítače, tak musím nejdřív založit profil, nakonfigurovat účet a odeslat testovací e-mail, tím vznikne soubor pro automatické dokončování. Pak už pouze přejmenuji importovaný soubor novým jménem a přepíšu automaticky založený soubor.
